The staff at Nh Amsterdam Caransa was helpful. I had an issue with the heater in my room, but they quickly brought me warmer blankets to make sure I was comfortable. They even provided me with a small heater to ensure I stayed warm throughout the night. the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. The location was also convenient, as the tram line was right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from nearby clubs and the lack of grab rails in the bathroom, I still had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend staying at Nh Amsterdam Caransa.

The venue was spotlessly clean, offered excellent staff and location. We ate at a lovely restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast had variety of options, including cereals and fresh fruit.

The hotel is located right in the historic center, in the best square in Amsterdam on the Rembrandtplein. It is central to everything you would need in Amsterdam, with plenty of restaurants nearby for beer or dinner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good wifi and clean facilities. Breakfast can be enjoyed on a nice balcony, offering a pleasant start to the day.
The in-house TV entertainments could be improved, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the best square in the area, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering services like room service and bicycle hire, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and terrace to relax after a day of sightseeing.
